Sklon ski strap makes carrying skis/poles almost effortless

My new Sklon ski strap is fantastic. It keeps my skis and poles conveniently and securely strapped together making it very easy to carry my skiing equipment with the carrying strap slung over my shoulder -- with the skis and poles either horizontal or vertical. Love it!

Great quality: my feedback

The quality is good. It looks very sturdy, I haven’t tried on the no rain yet, but definitely looking forward to use it by end of this month.

  • Works great. My only complaint is that the pole straps could potentially be a bit tighter.

Not as helpful as expected.

I thought these would make things easier, especially for my 12 year old. They definitely did not. They dig into his shoulder, which ends up being worse than just lugging everything. I’d like them to have adjustable lengths as I thought they did.

Quality ski strap for my opinion

Very nice strap, good price, only downside I would like some non slip material on the shoulder strap with a ski coat on it slides off your shoulder easily.

  • Bought first set for my friend. Saw how great they worked, bought a 2nd set for me.Strongly recommend

Great For Petite Woman

I'm a petite woman and have always had trouble carrying skis - they're so awkward! This ski strap makes it so much easier - I'm excited to put it to use at the slopes!

Great overall design, makes it easy to carry all your ski gear

Love the overall design, which grips the skis and poles well. Makes it easy to go one handed (or even no-handed) to carry all your gear to the slope. Only thing that would be nice is a more substantial shoulder pad - it is a bit thin, and not as wide as I would have liked.

Great concept, poor quality materials

Great concept and overall utility. Unfortunately the quality of the materials used in its manufacture appear to be completely sub-par. After using for literally only three ski trips one of the snap fasteners for the ski poles straps broke off (and no it didn’t get overly stressed or damaged by rough handling).and ALL of the strap lettering is already starting to peel off. I have completely removed every snap fastener and replaced them with a higher quality part but really for only pennies more…

Rugged & Easy to Use

These are an improvement over the older model with the use of snaps for ski poles, rather than just a velcro strap. They are easy to strap together skies, snap poles onto, and very comfortable to carry your ski bundle. They are well made and a great value.

Let the kids carry their own skies!

I love that the straps are on swivels so you never have to worry about putting them on the "right" way. The straps that attach to the skies are nice and thickly padded. As a Mom I love this product for my kids to be able to carry their own skis all by themselves.

Holds everything together!

I'm a klutz, so I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to use it, despite watching the handy video about it. It is very convenient to be able to carry skiis and poles together and not have to worry about them coming apart from each other and falling all over.

A little pricer than other cheaper one, but also more durable

I bought two ski strips from different brands and this one is more durable than the other.When I need to walk a distance with skis/poles, the strip make it easier.

Did not last 1 season

Well it didn’t last 1 season as you can see from the photo, the foam tore :/.Also the brand words are almost all gone which doesn’t matter to me but just fyi.

Save your back! for my opinion

Oh were people jealous of me. I felt far superior to the common ski people trekking along side me. I had to work hard to play it off cool and try to be humble. After all we are all equal. But I was in comfort toting my skis and poles comfortably for about a mile a day.

Makes Handling so Much Easier

Just used this for the first time today bought it last year at the end of the season and then no more snow came. Super convenient way to carry your skis. Def recommend it!

I did not use the product as it was a present for someone else.

It was a present for my granddaughter. I presume it was able to do the job of carrying her skis and boots from the car to the base of the ski hill.

More convenient than a bag

I like the strap since it's more convenient than a ski bag. It collapses down when not in use, and holds both skis and poles. It is a little more annoying to attach the poles than I'd like but still well worth using.

Really good, would be perfect if multiple skis could be carried

Like the ski strap. Is sturdily built and easy to use. One piece of feedback would be to enable multiple skis to be carried with one strap.maybe via a Velcro extender of some sort. This would help parents like myself lug children’s skis around alongside my own.

just buy velcro straps

Bought 2 sets and the plastic d-ring for the shoulder strap broke within a few uses. I just use the velcro straps to hold the skis and poles together and hand-carry, and its fine.

Easy to assemble and comfortable

Always knew and wanted something like this, in the pass I’ve been using my poles to carry my skis and damage the cup.This product is easy to attached and remove and most importantly makes carry your skis a breeze!Recommend over your head and shoulder use of the strap.

Snap broke after third use

The design seems good but a critical snap broke almost immediately. I didn’t use it after the bought it because the resort shut down during early pandemic. I didn’t ski last year due to pandemic so now that I am using this equipment, it is already broken
