This foil cutter works simply and perfectly. A good storage container is a great feature. We're not big wine drinkers and it was very difficult to remove the foil until this gadget came along. It is compact and doesn't take up space in the drawer, very oriental for storage.

I highly recommend buying this if you have one of those all in one rabbit bags with cork remover and foil cutter. The foil cutter from one of these monoblocs eventually died. So I bought this expecting the same pathetic cut I've been getting for years. NOT CORRECT! I was blown away by the EDGY foil cutter. Indeed a very good product. Highly recommended.

This thing does what it's supposed to. Foil cuts easily and quickly. I used to have to use a knife to break off the foil, but this tool makes it easy to get at your wine. This leaves just enough foil to soften the bottle on your wine glasses if you have a heavy hand. It's plastic, but I'm not afraid of breaking it.
