Solid Wire Brush - Abrasives & Paints

Nothing to say but does what it says on the tin. So far the brush has really supported me and worked exactly as I needed it to. I've cleaned grills and used them as shop tools, cleaned threads and the like. The bristles do not come out, are not bent, the handle is strong and feels durable. No complaints!

Pros
  • Metal Bristle Cleaning Brush: Powerful Scratch Brush with Economic Curved Handle
Cons
  • Not Sure

Look, Ma, there's no rust.

thing lives in the water. There's nothing worse than a regular carbon steel wire brush rusting all over and shedding bristles. No longer. I threw them all away and ended up with a stainless steel and brass cordless brush. Neither of them will rust, and the difference is that stainless steel is much stronger than brass. So each of them has its own purpose, and none of them will rust. Amen.

Pros
  • Stainless Steel Bristles: Contains stainless steel bristles to remove paint stains, rust, corrosion and sweat marks from appliances, machinery and other surfaces.
Cons
  • Expensive.

Osborn 83007SP Stainless Steel Curved Handle Wire Brush

This Osborn Stainless Steel Scratching Brush is well made for the price. The overall length of the brush is nearly 14 inches, and the longer length makes it easier to apply more force with both hands to remove surface oxidation, weld slag, and debris on aluminum parts, which is my exclusive use. The actual bristle portion of the brush is about 6 inches long and about 1 inch wide, so it's a good size for quick work. Overall I'm happy with it and would buy it again if needed.

Pros
  • Ease of use: This rust removal brush has a smooth machined surface for excellent ease of use
Cons
  • Large and bulky
