I like the non-stick surface. I made pancakes and scrambled eggs, no vegetable oil and nothing stuck to the pan. The rest in the pan will be washed off immediately! I boiled some water in a pot with a lid, the lid's silicone grip allows you to take Eid safely without being hot. I love these pans!

Bought because I wanted a medium sized induction pot, mainly for steaming rice dishes. The heat distribution is terrible, it takes 2/3 times longer to heat something on an induction hob. Retains heat only at high temperatures. Now I only use for liquids, but cook for a long time. Otherwise, it's nice and relatively easy to clean.

I made potato pancakes in this pan and couldn't believe how non-sticky it was. The 10 inch pan needs a lid, I would give it 5 stars if it had one. This is a serious design flaw, a dutch oven and a 10" pan should have the same lid BUT IT DON'T. I'm very impressed with this pack, barring one design flaw. I also bought a 12 inch pan that doesn't have a lid. Such a simple thing keeps it from 5 stars.

I needed to replace my old 3 liter Teflon coated pan. I wanted a ceramic pan because I like the ceramic pans I've bought over the past few years. I really like this set, I would like a bigger pan, but overall I'm satisfied! The color is nice too. The handles are nice and wide and the pots themselves are bulky and sturdy.
