Useless Tool for Automotive Work

Based on my experience using this tool, I found it to be completely useless .The design seems to be flawed and it doesn't work as expected. It's frustrating to use and just wastes time..

Waste of Money for Automotive Jobs

This tool set is completely useless for any automotive jobs. Based on my observations it's cheaply made and falls apart easily .The only positive thing I can say is that it comes with a carrying case, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality. Save your money and invest in something that will actually get the job done..

Pros
  • Comes with a carrying case
Cons
  • Poor quality, falls apart easily.

By default, this tool does not work - it needs to be modified.

I purchased this tool to remove and replace the straight fuel injector brackets on a 6.2L L86 engine in a 2015 Chevy Silverado. By default, this tool didn't engage the locking clips enough for you to pry them apart so you could remove and replace them. I used a Dremel tool to increase the gap on the tool's jaws to make it work. I didn't expect that from OTC. Don't get this tool if you don't have a Dremel tool!
