As ordered and in excellent condition. The seller responded quickly to my question. Other flashlights can be difficult to replace for a variety of reasons, but the image was clear so I could make sure it was correct. Would order from this seller again.

I wrote a rather scathing review of the packaging. There was no protection (e.g. bubble wrap) and it was opened and then sealed with many layers of tape. However, it connected perfectly, illuminating my computer and face as we speak. I can only talk about longevity after some time. So far, so good!

My Ott Light is about 15 years old and I have never changed a lightbulb. A month ago it stopped working so I ordered a replacement. When I put in a new bulb, the bulb didn't work.
