They fit my (male) head well but loosen up after use, ok. They have beautiful colors and don't smudge. qualitative. The elastic seems to be very good, the inseams look normal visually, although a few threads are sticking out. YOU HAVE NO COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. However, I have no doubt that they are made somewhere in the Far East, probably China. If you are looking for inexpensive, high quality exercise bands, I would recommend these.

I ride my Zwift bike indoors every day and I sweat a lot. Decided to give them a try as I need more than one for several days in a row. They do their job and soak up all the sweat. They feel stretchy enough to slip on but firm enough to stay in place. They don't feel too tight for my head (7 1/4 inches). I wash/rinse them every day and let them air dry to avoid shrinkage. I needed replacement headbands that would last an hour of squash. My old ones were flimsy, only an inch wide. Aside from the elastic failing after prolonged use, there wasn't enough cotton in it to hold sweat. They looked good on paper and the price was right. They are two centimeters wide and quite thick.
