Looks good but doesn't work well. Couldn't get enough gas and the engine didn't work well. It runs at low rpm but needs more pressure for mid to high rpm... I'm just really disappointed because it wasn't cheap and I can't send it back...

Works well, only needs a mounting plate for Evinrude 200hp grapple. It was easy enough to make a flat board with a hole for the line to go through to the second step. It is installed in place of the original bracket. The rest of the pump works perfectly.

Garbage Fuel leaked like a sprinkler. No amount of tightening of the screws will fix it. Apparently it has never been tested. The most frustrating thing is that once you install it you blow up the bulb and see fuel leaking everywhere and then take it all out, order another manufacturer, wait another week, etc. This should never be allowed to be sold.

There is a noticeable difference in quality between the $200 pump I replaced and this $50 pump. I had to change the orientation of the two end caps, ?, for the pump to fit. The screens and o-rings inside looked like they had been hand cut with blunt scissors. Also, one of the seals was leaking. I had to remove the pump and tighten the bolts. Don't waste your time, spend the extra money on a quality fuel pump from a reputable outboard motor parts dealer.

In the picture and in the only instruction for this product, the pulse communication port and the fuel outlet port are crossed out. This added a significant amount of cost and work to the value of the project. After figuring it out we had to install it properly and it worked as advertised. I suspect if you don't give precise and simple instructions you will get a lot of them back. The manufacturer must be aware that not all of their customers are ship mechanics.
