My daughter LOVES her pink riding helmet. She seems to love everything PINK. It sits well on her head and so far we haven't had to test its durability when she falls off the TG horse. Seems to be a great helmet although I haven't had any issues so far

I have ordered and returned at least 3 other brands of riding helmets that pinched/compressed babies' temples (my kids have big round heads which have been asked for giant brains .) Finally a win- thank you ovation! I measured her head and chose the right size and every child said it was comfortable!

Great entry-level helmet. The occipital adjustment knob is key for children and adults. A NOTICE. Riding children and adults in our stable requires a much more durable classic helmet. It was enough protection for my 8 year old in a quick fall during a trot lesson in the soft sand arena from a small pony. It would not do with a larger pony or jumper from hard ground.

Bought this helmet for my 9 year old son who is going to riding camp this summer. It looks like a great helmet and the Ovation brand was actually recommended to me by our trainer. i understand why Tough yet lightweight, fits very well, comes with a protective carry case and fun colors for kids. What I like best is that it is adjustable and will still fit when it grows up.

I bought the XS/SM for my 3 year old. It's perfect for the smallest settings. I was arguing about the XXS, but I measured her head and compared it to the sizing chart on the Ovation website. With a head circumference of 19.25 inches, she could walk either way. But I thought it gave her more room to grow. She liked the fuchsia color and calls it her cowgirl princess helmet. Nice and light weight for her small neck and she didn't complain at all that her head or chin hurt.

First of all this helmet is much lighter than the product description which is disappointing. I ordered this for my son because it was advertised as his favorite color, blue. Secondly, the quality of the paintwork leaves a lot to be desired and in two places the outer skin is not completely severed for ventilation openings. The helmet visor is also very thin. My 11 year old just wanted the standard black helmet which was a little cheaper. Her favorite color is blue and now she wants EVERYTHING blue! Luckily they had that blue helmet!
