The interior is not brushed stainless steel.

It is important to mention in the product description that the inner surface is not made of brushed stainless steel. ) or if the inner surface is made of a material other than stainless steel. However, the manufacturer must clarify what kind of inner surface it is in order to avoid repeat orders and returns with incomplete descriptions.

Good sturdy kettle but rusty

Overall I like it: size, shape, simplicity. The grip is comfortable and doesn't get hot. Whistles when cooking as it should. The main disadvantage is that it rusts (see photo). The inside of the lid and the area adjacent to the lid of the kettle has accumulated quite a bit of rust in 6 months. I don't know why as I've had several kettles on my stove and none of them are that rusted (not even a cheap Chinese nameless kettle). I had some time). Perhaps this also has something to do with the…

Very good kettle - great buy!

I've waited a while to write a review on this kettle just to make sure it's good. I am absolutely satisfied with this purchase! The whistle is loud enough to hear anywhere in my apartment, but not too loud. If you live in a big house you might not hear it on another floor. The rotary knob is a nice feature. I love how easy it is to slide the handle back to fill. (The handle stays in place if you want it to!) The handle has a "good grip" that stays cool to the touch, even at full boil. The spout

Good teapot - I recommend

So far so good. Several reviewers complained about the teapot getting rusty, so I was careful. But after several months of continuous use - and we often leave it on the stove with water - there's no sign of rust. We also don't have hard water, so I don't know if this will cause anyone a problem regarding rust. This is a heavy kettle and the whistle is quite loud. Our last kettle overflowed once and the whistle was never the same and eventually died out altogether. It spilled a few times and the

I really don't like this kettle

We spent a lot of time reviewing kettles before buying. I found many reviews on this model and even found a top 5 kettle rating by voting this kettle #1. I seriously dislike this kettle. I use the kettle all day and this one has been disappointing in many ways. First, the kettle's spout is low and tells you not to fill it below the bottom line of the spout. This means you can only fill it up to about 1/3 full at best. When poured, as soon as it boils, it squirts out of the spout. Even if you…

Awarded pot: Kitchen & Dining

It's hard to find a jug that's the right size, with a spout long enough to pour (like I make coffee), a whistle, and handles that don't require potholders. And a beautiful shape. Holds approximately 1.5 liters to mid-line as recommended by manufacturer. From 1.7 to just below the top of the spout. Pretty heavy stainless steel. Flat bottom, all tight. No separate base plate or inserts. Assembled with strong rivets. The spout handle and opening lever are barely warm after boiling water! The…
