We were excited to use them for storing leftovers and other glass rather than plastic items. However, most of them are too small to store leftovers. After an afternoon of research I settled on these containers despite the relative cost . We had a bit of trouble sealing all the containers, especially the smaller ones, but we put up with it as most of the time we only use them for cooling so don't need to seal them. Complaint and the reason I threw away 75% of the containers is because they break leaving horribly sharp shards of glass in the container drawer and sharp edges on the containers themselves. A 1 star rating can be a bit harsh, especially given the price. I like the overall quality but the lids seem to be a work in progress. We had these totes for several weeks before one of the tabs broke at the seam. Perhaps this is more a matter of design than quality. The lids are designed to close very tightly, but the plastic tabs obviously don't do the job given the forces involved, especially if you don't close them properly.
