Great for Xterra Exhaust and Emissions

They are GREAT on my 2004 Xterra! You can clearly see the difference in processing compared to the original exhaust manifolds.

Pros
  • Good Stuff
Cons
  • Fragile

Do not buy from Manifold & Parts

I would give zero stars if I could. This manifold fits perfectly but the welds broke after 4 months. Revain was great and got my money back but I need to find a new distributor and do all the work all over again. Substitute for 5 hours of work. Do not buy this item.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Almost never

Buyer Warning! - Manifolds and parts

I purchased driver and passenger side Catifolds and a passenger rear crampon/center tube from a now defunct Shopify store called AZ Race Place. Shortly after installation, the headers broke and exhaust fumes began pouring through the deflectors into my Frontier's cab. Now I'm buying new headers 16 months and 12,000 miles after paying a small fortune to have them installed. Too bad I didn't see all the complaints before buying. Learn from my mistake: Saving now will cost you dearly next year.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Some minor items

Avoid manifolds and parts at all costs

I bought a 2004 Xterra with a manifold leak (a fairly common problem). I ended up fixing them myself. On closer inspection I found that they were fitted to the vehicle at some point with the obvious date code MFG 03/18. I bought the car in mid-2019. For a little over a year, both sides managed to tear along numerous welds. The general build quality also seems pretty poor. I replaced them with a set of stainless steel headers and it's not a job I'm looking forward to doing again. Light work forโ€ฆ

UPDATE - Cracked Manifold 20,000 miles after install. Pacesetter sent a replacement manifold, which also ruptured. At the same time I bought a Pacesetter header for the other side of the engine and that also broke after 30,000 miles. So that's 3 headers cracked through a couple of welds, not just a hairline crack! Pacesetter's warranty process is quite reasonable and they send a free replacement (4th distributor) but it still takes time and effort (or money) to install, hence the reason for the
