Not Direct-Fit as stated

Manifold does not fit properly. It matched the head, but one day the bolted bottom hit the gear. The heat shield bolts on this manifold did not fit properly and had to be shortened.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars.

Bought a converter for a 2010 Nissan Altima in August, now it's November and the thing is broken. I was told this part was in reserve but they wanted my CC# not knowing when they would get me a replacement. They will not refund my wages, so WHEN OR IF the part arrives. I have to pay for someone to do this job again.

Cons
  • Hard to tell

Bought a pacesetter catalyst. This went on for less than 4 weeks. The car lost all power and would not start at all. The car has a new engine where the catalytic converter has been replaced. I also tried to get a warranty replacement but they gave me an apology. They claim that the car damaged the catalytic converter through my fault. I would never buy any of these products.

  • Easy to use

Cheap but poor quality

I will update this review over time. I bought an exhaust manifold/catalytic converter for my father-in-law's truck. The weld broke after exactly 1 year and 1 week or 27,000 miles. Pacesetter was very prompt and answered my calls and emails with photos. When I type that, it's a mail-in replacement. I'm a little shy about their product at the moment. Therefore, I rate the company's customer service 5 stars and the product 1.5 stars. I'll update after using the replacement and see if I have any…

It's garbage! at Catalytic Converters & Parts

I rate the quality of this manifold with 1 star! Will not fit properly on 2006 Hummer H3 with 3.5L engine. The down tube touches the bell housing and swings against it. I didn't know if it was a defective head weld angle or not, but I didn't want to risk another one. The overall look of the welds and the processing of this article leaves a lot to be desired! I had to do this work twice! Just removed this junk from the car and installed a Magnaflow 51882 unit which fits perfectly and is made of…

NIGHTMARE!: Catalytic Converters and Parts

**UPDATE** The distributor has been running great for about 30,000 miles. Weld failed. They swapped it out under warranty with no problems. Failed to weld 2nd elbow. The warranty is replaced, but this time I have to pay the shipping costs. Then the seal sent by Pacesetter had TIG welding wire running across the surface of the seal, which Pacesetter admits "should never leave the factory like this". stay away from. I'm up to my neck and if I have to force them to send in a new one every 18…

What you see is not what you get.

What was advertised had good clean welds and was clean. What arrived has crappy welds that look like repairs. The welds where the header pipe meets the head mounting plate have weld dimples. I think I'll know if it's leaking through the mounting plate after I install it. I paid extra money on top of the price advertised by others because of the image used on the page I ordered. I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and quality control or lack thereof by the seller. And what are

Fits 2005 Chevrolet Colorado perfectly!

Took off the old factory cracked #5 manifold as it was actually leaking. I did Sea Foam on the intake side and it pumped the smoke from the engine exhaust manifold area straight into the cabin. This is a very dangerous condition, to say the least, because you inhale exhaust fumes while driving. I was a little concerned that the new manifold would rub against the gearbox as other posts have described. This does NOT apply to the 5 cylinder Chevy Colorado. But whether there can be friction with…
