🔥 Enhance Engine Performance with (Pack of 4) Motorcraft SP-493 Spark Plugs (NEW OEM) Review

I recently purchased a set of spark plugs in this category and have been extremely disappointed with their performance. While the price was reasonable, the spark plugs failed to deliver on their promise to improve engine performance. The only pro would be the affordability, but the cons outweigh that benefit. They caused my engine to misfire and required frequent replacement. I would not recommend these spark plugs to anyone in the market for automotive ignition parts.

Spark plugs are as described. Check the distances. Just set it up correctly and you'll be fine. The only problem is that Ford has monopolized their products and they don't recommend using any brand other than Motorcraft. Not even Denso, but the spark plugs are great! However, their COP is manufactured by Denso under the Motorcraft name.

Our 2004 F150 needed some work. And how. We got it from a family last summer and it's put about 225,000 miles on it. And it had the original spark plugs in it. The recommended clearance for this model is 0.054-0.056 inches. The spark plugs that came out of the truck were in the .085 to .100 inch range. Crazy that it worked at all.
