It was very easy to set up and works as advertised. I love the fact that it doesn't hit my dog, just gives a vibration to distract him from barking. Human and efficient. What was funny was how my dog started barking and then stopped immediately because the buzzing of the device was distracting him. A very effective product.

The material used is strong and I was expecting a lower quality, but it's really good quality and I can see it doesn't cause any skin or fur allergies as it breathes and also the chips box is good quality and i think it won't be affected by water or snow, its tightly insulated and also the vibration is gentle not one that hums to the dog so at the price i'm glad i got this 2 to have collar.

Charging was easy and didn't take long. It's a bit thicker than I would like, but I have a small dog. I love that it has 3 collar color options and you can cut it to any length you want. It closes very well so I don't have to worry about it falling off. The instructions are clear and easy to read. The vibration is quite strong and can be adjusted in several stages. I am SO happy with these collars. I LOVE that they are rechargeable and don't require an obscure sized battery like my old one. They don't hurt my dogs at all, they just seem to annoy them, but they've stopped barking in just a few hours every time someone knocks on the door! My husband is happy that barking dogs no longer disturb his meetings. And the price was the best on Amazon, basically the same price most companies would charge for two collars instead of one! So happy.

I am not satisfied with this product because I have two dogs that both bark a lot. I bought this in a 2 pack thinking it would be good for both considering it doesn't have a shock. Well when a dog barks both colors disappear, I thought it would vibrate when he senses dogs barking due to the vibration of their vocal cords. And not just based on ambient noise. I cannot use these colors as they disappear when there are loud noises around my dogs. I will return this item
