2-pack of jar openers at Kitchen & Dining

Very good quality item; however, it was purchased as a gift and the recipient of the gift has not yet seen or tasted it. So I can't tell you how it was received, but I hope and trust it will be well received.

Great knife for someone with limited grip strength.

I used it for many years and finally decided to replace it - it couldn't do without it. I have given this bottle opener to others as well. This was most useful for opening "soda bottles" or other containers with smaller lids/caps that either won't fit or will be destroyed by "powerful automatic" openers or those made for larger cans.

Totally useless product for a can opener

Bought this for my elderly mum after she saw her struggling to open a bottle of juice. I felt like an idiot trying to show her how easy it would make her life. No matter how tightly I gripped the tool or what size I used, the rubber handle just twirled and twirled around the new juice can's plastic lid (the kind that had to be twisted to break the plastic seal). It has a lot of positive reviews and I could have tried again but it didn't work for what I needed.

With an effort, a small jar of brine opened, spurting juice. Another expensive item is not used.

Elasticity and transparency Don't know. These items are very well made but the jar opener requires a lot of force and once I used it after a lot of effort when a SMALL pickle jar finally cracked open and squirted juice. Do not buy. I haven't used the smaller element yet. I opened it so I didn't return it but returned another one bought as a gift. The smaller item can be purchased separately but is overpriced for what it does!

Need the best can opener for the kitchen and dining room

I actually only bought the can opener from this set. The grip on the white plastic was pretty good, but on a particularly difficult can I twisted so badly that the white plastic on the outside separated from the gray. I will say it was an old oil can that had mostly dried out. So I guess everything is fine. for everyday use. I would recommend for general kitchen use. I wouldn't recommend if you can open the jar yourself, but you'll need help with particularly difficult openings. Unless, like…
