Description of Packstar

PackStar system can be installed as a standalone platform or integrated with our Harvest Manager solution; when produce arrives at the packhouse, PackStar will then record and control every stage throughout the process. This also produces a full audit trail for traceability as required by all leading supermarkets as well as ASNs and SSCCs.

LedgerSMB - A Great way to keep track of your production/packing operations

I like how easy it is to use once you know what your looking for but if u dont understand things they don't really make any tutorials available that could help in understanding their software better (if this has been addressed please let me no). My current issue we are solving here which was not covered before hand is creating invoices from packing lists created using other systems/ softwares - so now everything goes into one ledger instead of seperating them out into different accounts - just…

Very user friendly for our needs and great customer service

The best thing about this software is its ability to track your production from harvest through processing right up until it gets packed into pallets ready to go out of storage once more! There are some areas that I would like improved upon but nothing major - we've only been using it since May so far (and still getting used to how everything works) however they do have an excellent support team in place who make themselves available 24/7 should you need them during business hours via phone /…

Very User Friendly System with Excellent Customer Service

Packstar is a very user friendly system. Our store staff have had to do very little training to get started. The system is very simple to use and the customer service is excellent. It would be nice to have the ability to have the system use a mobile phone as the scanner, but that would be a small price to pay for the other benefits. The system is very easy to use and has the ability to track all produce from the time it is picked to the time it is transported to the store. It does a great job…
