Review on Packstar by Jason Unruh

I like how easy it is to use once you know what your looking for but if u dont understand things they don't really make any tutorials available that could help in understanding their software better (if this has been addressed please let me no). My current issue we are solving here which was not covered before hand is creating invoices from packing lists created using other systems/ softwares - so now everything goes into one ledger instead of seperating them out into different accounts - just making sure i have given enough information about my problem! I like that it is really simple to use and does what we need it to do. It could be improved by having an option to have more than one account per user. Also, the interface could be improved. I would recommend this software to any business that needs a way to manage their packing operations as well as being able to keep track of each step of the production line. We are solving the problem of keeping track of where each product is in the production process.
