I like that it allows you to have conversations with people in real-time, without having them jump through hoops or make phone calls all at once! It can sometimes feel too overwhelming for some users if they aren't used everyday (especially since we're an ad tech agency). The ability to have all of our team communication in one place. I like that I can quickly see who is available, and when they are free to talk. It's also nice that we can share files within the platform too. I dislike that we cannot have private conversations with clients. Also the fact that you cannot delete an entire conversation from your history. This would help reduce the amount of time spent searching through old messages.
