I don't know how long it will last. But it was cheap and it saved me $99 to call AT&T and give me the original. I'm so glad to get it before they can top 1/10th the price. This works for their white modem, which I'm told there is no substitute. Hopefully it will last more than 5 months like the original cable.

Perfect replacement for UCS Internet

Perfect replacement for my excellent United Cooperative Services (UCS) fiber optic internet here in North Texas. reach). Received in less than 24 hours after ordering. and my gigabyte internet has slightly faster download speeds now! 958 down/117 up. It was 947/107 above. It should be a better quality cable than the one that came with the router. More than satisfied!

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Not sure

Worth buying!

I admit I buy these fiber optic patch cords and associated connectors with some apprehension as I do not expect them to perform as advertised. However, I was so wrong. I've had to move my Telco's ONT from its original configuration to a 6-8 rack card and I've never seen anything else perform perfectly. I have a 600MB upload scheme and I get that and sometimes more. Check out the photo for yourself!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

Suitable for BGW320

The signal from the BGW320-505 now also reaches other rooms. AT&T installed the device next to the hole they drilled in the outside wall, but I had to move the wireless signal further inside the house, about 25 feet from corner to corner. A firm and direct pull removes the cable gland, but be careful as the hole is surrounded by a thin metal rectangle - sophisticated and elegant. Watch out for little ridges on the ends of the cable as these optical ethernet connectors snap easily. The video is…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Something different

My pet chewed on my fiber optic cable and finding out 1.) what that cable was was a mystery 2 .) if it was something I could replace myself and 3.) where could I buy something like that. After misguided advice from several fios staff (they said the cable was built into the ONT box and only a technician had the tools to change the fiber) I found that all I had to find was SC- Fiber to SC-APC was. optical cable. Once I received the cable I ordered, all I had to do was unplug the old one and plug…
