It worked with Mac for optical drives

It was easy to connect as it comes with its own cable, it's very light and started right up as soon as I plugged in the drive. Excellent purchase.

Very light in the Computers & Accessories category

Love the aesthetic of this. It's so simple and easy to use. Now I can easily watch movies on my laptop. It's very light and I love that the cable has its own little slot.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and unfortunately too late to return it.

Ordered one of these for my daughter as new laptops don't come with them. I wish they had a DVD burner just because we still use Redbox. She also has many DVDs. We put it in her laptop bag that never leaves the house and it was in its own pocket, things started falling out of it. SMX

Great product - great seller

It's so easy to use. It really is "plug and play". It came promptly, it's small, light and perfect for travel. We take DVDs with us when we go to Mexico. That makes it easier for us because we live in a different region and cannot watch some films. Buy with confidence, you will be satisfied with this purchase.

This works fine on my desk where my new case doesn't have internal CD/DVD player slots. Still things on DVD to install drivers, old music etc.

Great price: computers and accessories

Does what it should move easily. I have limited space on my desk and it fits perfectly. While it works great, as does the internal drive, perfect for PC cases that don't have a DVD-ROM drive. It's really plug and play.

The only thing I didn't like was the very short connection cable. This made it a bit more difficult to install on the table I was using. Otherwise no problem.

Product as described. The price is reasonable and the delivery was quick. I just bought it, I don't know how long it will last.

A good buy for an external CD player.

Has worked well and without any problems so far. Plugs into my laptop's USB port. Used it with Windows Media Player to rip tracks from CDs to MP3s. Wanted to avoid wearing out the installed laptop CD and he did. I can't comment on the durability of the product as I haven't owned it for a long time.
