As a home cook, I was highly disappointed by my recent purchase. As a result of my tests, I determined that this tool was unreliable and poorly designed. While it had potential with its pleasing aesthetics, it proved to be a disaster in the kitchen. The few pros, such as the size and weight, were overshadowed by the significant con of its inability to hold up under moderate use. Save yourself time and money, and look elsewhere for a better kitchen tool.

I love this cleaner. I bought my first one in Italy a year ago and needed a replacement so I was happy to find it again. very durable and easy to use. Ideal for left-handers and right-handers. Easy to clean. stay sharp I use it on all types of vegetables, not just potatoes, with great results.

My favorite cleaner. It's easy to hold and comfortable. I LOVE that it actually peels THIN slices - just enough to remove the dirty part and not waste half a carrot like some other knives I have. I've bought and given away several over the years. I'm still using one from a few years ago, still sharp and works like new. great product
