Painless 80153 Universal Ignition Switch Review

After I put it to the test, this universal ignition switch failed to deliver as promised.Its low-quality construction and poor design made it difficult to install and use. As an automotive enthusiast, I expect better performance from my car parts, and this product was a letdown..

I bought this for my 1985 Mercedes Benz but I opted for an OEM replacement and it's sitting on my desk at the shop. Maybe one day I'll find a use for it. I thought about hiding it under the dash or hood as an extra security measure. Unless you're going somewhere you want to be safe, leave it on as usual. Then even if someone tries to steal the car/truck, they need another key to start it. Whose existence they will never know.
