Get all metal but still stunning!

Very happy with them but disappointed with how 'thin' the temples feel. I assume I'll break it at some point. And then I buy a full metal block. If you are considering such a product, chances are that you will use it and enjoy using it. It turns out a lot more product! So save yourself the hassle/frustration and buy an all metal block.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Get the all metal press instead

Don't waste your money on that plastic press like I did. Just buy an all-metal one first. I bought this for my oil and acrylic paints but the roller is NOT strong enough to grip and rotate the tube so I decided to save it and use it for my toothpaste. Not much better on a tube of toothpaste. Again, the rollers don't grip enough and the pipe goes crooked. Maybe it would hold up better if the burrs on the roller were deeper or metallic. As a result, I ordered an all-metal spin. You should have…

Made by MACPHERSON - wish I'd never bought it

Disappointing crap. It works for a small plastic tube of toothpaste but definitely not for my 2 oz. Winsor & Newton or tubes of Liquitex paint. The colors are soft so it 'should' work as described and this press only spins when you turn the knob and nothing happens, doesn't grip, the gears looked a little scratched, maybe they were sent back and they did just sent a broken pair, or is it just like this product. I'd happily return them for something that actually works. So if you think you might
