Almost what I expected, I did it for the first time, of course it takes some practice, I would recommend watching some YouTube videos.

If you bought this product you should already know what it does. It worked. It felt and looked like good quality. I'm sure there are nicer kits out there, but for DIY I have no complaints. Don't regret buying this item to get some calls!

Great tool for knocking down eyebrows or high dents to restore metal to its original shape. This tool comes with 9 different heads to help the user maintain it better depending on how they read the dent. 5 Stars! would recommend.

This is amazing, I can't believe the dents I've removed, just work on the highs and the lows will show! It's a lot of work, time consuming and can be frustrating, but with every dent I make I get a little bit better and I just love the PDR concept.

This does not appear in the product photos, it is actually hard rubber over a steel screw. They are very durable, it's a very good tool for the price. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were steel. The ones I used for her place where all that hard plastic kept breaking. I use the same Forsen, none of them have broken yet.
