The best option without buying new tires.

I have Mr. Tuffy, but the material was too hard and irreversibly deformed my tire at the junction of the ends. Instead, I recommend Panaracers. They're so light you'll forget you have them. They stay in place because they have glue. The ends fit into your hoop almost effortlessly because they are so soft and flexible. Don't let that fool you. It's tough. Just try to stick a nail in one of them. The tires they are mounted on simply do not have holes. Very economical as you get a lot more mileage

These are the best liners on the market if you want the lightest liners, but they work great too. I love the fact that they stick to the inside of the tire instead of having to move and never knowing if they're really centered under the tread. My only complaint is that they are not meant to be reused and this becomes an expensive option to fit in a tire but you want to make sure you don't go flat and don't need the weight of plastic. Well, then these are available. I went the cheaper route…
