I buy this shampoo and conditioner at the store a lot because I love how it makes my hair light and voluminous and dries really quickly even after washing. However, this product ordered through Revain does nothing that the product normally does. My hair takes forever to dry and doesn't show the volume, lightness and shine I'm used to. I will no longer order online. I buy it in store instead.

I love this shampoo it makes my hair super soft and smells amazing. However, there were problems with the delivery. All the bottles were open and we were about half empty and filled the box with shampoo. When I opened the box, there was a disaster. Maybe tape the caps around like other bottles shipped?

I have been using the product for a long time and I like it very much. I would recommend this to everyone. But this review isn't really about the product. I just didn't know where to say those things. The problem, however, was in the packaging. All four bottles were not packaged in the way I was used to. Usually the bottles have a tight plastic wrap to prevent leakage. These bottles weren't boxed at all, they were in a box inside the box that everything was shipped in. The smaller box was small

Four bottles were accidentally thrown into a box with the lids open. As expected, the package arrived with shampoo leaking everywhere - a total mess.

I have no complaints about the product. However, it must be sent differently. Half of one container and a quarter of another spilled all over the shipping crate. The containers do not look cracked. The containers are obviously not sealed and need to be "plugged" somehow before shipping.

This is my favorite shampoo. I bought it from Revain because it was actually a little cheaper than Walmart. Also free shipping with Prime.
