This mug has excellent thermal insulation and is very comfortable to hold. More importantly, I mentioned to customer service that the lid slipped off too easily and they were quick to send me another mug with the perfect lid. Some other similar mugs had a thin metal handle that was awkward to hold for long periods of time. At first I found only one downside to this mug, but that's the deciding factor for me. PRO: Looks great! Shape and color are wonderful.
