Knitting Needle Holder with Blades

Great little tool! The price was great (considering it's a park tool!) Works well. A must-have item for anyone who owns paddle spoke wheels.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Mandatory article for replacing the paddle spokes

Without this spoke holder, it is not possible to restore the impeller after replacing the paddle spokes. The price is a fraction of what the store will charge for replacing a broken spoke and rebuilding a wheel.

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Holds blade very securely

Holds the needle very securely with the blade without scratching the surface of the needle. I suggest buying a spoke wrench shaped like a traditional box wrench rather than a box wrench. This gives you the opportunity to place the holder close to the nipple and avoid twisting.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Simple and Effective

This tool is both very simple and effective for keeping the bladed spokes in the correct alignment while also adjusting the tension of the spokes while turning the spoke nipple. The tool is also large enough to be used comfortably for long periods of time. Should be included in a wheel assembly tool kit.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Damaged

Works great for spokes and parts

I had a flat spoke on my Mavic Heliums and one of them was out of place, creating a tremendous amount of drag with every turn. I was able to turn this spoke back with no problem. Of course I turned the nipple the same amount at the same time so as not to change the tension of the spoke.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Upgradeable

decent value. for needle tools

Holds the needle well. You need to position it as close to the spoke nipple as possible. Be sure to buy a set of nipple sockets, as a donut or something will prevent you from getting the holder closer to the nipple. Elliptical blades require a bit of twisting to hold them tight against the spoke nipple torque, but once you get the hang of it you can align the blades fairly quickly.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Compatibility

Very necessary when mounting with paddle spokes.

Essential if you are building or rigging a paddle spoked wheel. Allows me to see and correct the rotation of the spokes in any wheel, whether I've built it or not. I got factory wheels that looked believable but had very different spoke tensions and an average spoke tension that was too low. I ended up adjusting or eventually adjusting these wheels and using a small adjustable wrench did nothing to prevent the spokes from twisting.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
