The Best Way to Repair Vinyl Blinds

Man, that's a lot cheaper than ordering from a blind parts supplier! Easy to install and feel like they can take a hit without breaking. The original clips in my blinds are very brittle, but this one flexes a bit.

Difficult to install

These first generation clips were just what I needed for my plantation blinds. Easy to insert into slats, but difficult to snap into an inclined bar. Until I found the trick! Using pliers, squeeze the two prongs on each clip before inserting into the flex bar. The clamps snapped easily into place and the whole job took less than 15 minutes on a sloped pole! Saved a lot of money and it works like new!

You are perfect! in external blinds

great product, just installed 8 of these with no problems. Use a 1/16" drill bit to drill small holes in the back of the old broken clips (two on each side of the flat part) for easy removal with pliers. Be careful not to drill through the front of the vertical clip. bar, you can feel when you drill the broken clip. If the existing holes in the vertical bar are smaller than mine, use a 7/32" drill bit to enlarge the existing clip holes to make enough room for these new clips.
