They do what they say!

This is a POE injector and splitter. It is suitable for small products that do not accept POE or require 802.11at/af. gigabits. No star deduction because they are not advertised as gigabit devices. Good material, I recommend

Works for IP Cameras

Bought to try 12V IP Cameras This allowed me to power one end (CAT6 cable) and get it with the voltage I needed from the disconnect camera. Simplified wiring.

4pin is used, it means only for IP cameras.

It has 4 wires inside so when you connect IP cameras it works fine, when you use WiFi cameras don't use 8 pins in this cable so hotspot won't work with it but it serves its purpose.
