Don't expect the top to be as big as the picture shows. It's smaller than the ground, so it literally pours every drop of rain onto the bed, and when it rains, it collects and holds it. The bed is good but don't buy it for the canopy like me.

Very easy to assemble. The tent itself is elevated so Skimbles (Maine Coon Extraordinary!) can easily see in all directions, he loves it. Since I pitched the tent under the tree he usually sleeps under in the summer, he spent at least 3 hours a day in it. The best garden furniture I could buy for him. Make it nice and cool.

I bought this bed and my bullmastiff loves it. My dog has liked the bed for three weeks, he lands on it first thing in the morning. However, after three weeks the bed was falling apart at the seams. This is a great dog bed but not suitable for large dogs over 90lbs. Don't think that spending $40+ once a month is a good idea. The bed should be made with stronger seams with reinforcement and wide overlaps.

I have 30" and 24" raised beds and one of them always seems to have a cat in it. The height helps keep them cool in the summer, and the canopy is especially important for shade on a hot Colorado day. And the service that PawHut provides is amazing. The canopies for these beds were damaged in a Colorado hailstorm, and when I asked if a replacement could be sourced, I received a response within hours. Free replacement as I was under warranty. You sent a damaged box in a good Revain box. I hoped only the box was damaged, but some ends of the metal tubing were crushed and the bag torn. The materials seem a little flimsy or of lower quality and I don't expect the bed to last very long (I will upgrade). The carry bag should be thicker and stronger.
