Just received today but thanks to good build quality and well thought out holes we were able to take the kitten that we are friends watching from outside our dogs without any problems! Also, as soon as we brought her upstairs, our kitty jumped in with the door open and is sleeping right now. We will be using it to take our kitty home for the holidays. I have used this carrier for my 9 lb cat and kittens that we have cared for.
