I like how easy it was to use, and also how simple they were to set up. The customer service support wasn't great at all. They had issues with me setting things up correctly. We ended up having to make some changes ourselves, since their help desk techs weren't knowledgeable enough to do so. After we got everything setup though, it worked flawlessly! PCE Condition Monitoring is easy, quick and easy to create an account. It allows you to add multiple machines and sensors and view them all from one place. Very intuitive and very clear in terms of what it is doing. Once you are set up, it is fairly easy to add and remove machines and sensors. The data is pretty much real-time. I like how it works as an extension to my computer, meaning no other software needed!It's very easy for me since i'm not used too much with computers but sometimes there can be some problems where you have to wait or restart your pc in order to fix them.
