Lightweight high performance racing shoe.

Good, high-performance cycling shoe. No shoe problems for a century. Good power transfer to the pedals on climbs and sprints.

Pros

Cons
  • Out of fashion

Good cycling shoes with excellent air circulation

This is my first pair of cycling shoes although I have tried others. They have excellent airflow and are relatively comfortable. I thought they fit better than the Shimanos I also tried.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • High price

Order one size larger! Shoes run small!

Amazing Shoes! Order at least one full size larger than your usual shoe size and adhere to the recommended size difference between the US and Europe. (for example I usually wear men's US 12 so I ordered size 48 which fits me very well)

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Unreliable

Narrow toes - shoes

Narrow toes give me some troubles. I had to return to my old couple due to a bruise on a large nail. I also adjusted the cleats so will try these shoes again after my nail has healed. Very easy. I like the feel of the shoe in general and hopefully narrow toes aren't an issue after adjusting the clamp.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Good quality cycling shoe but runs small

Every cycling shoe has its own style and shape. They tend to work very little. I usually take EU size 42.5 cycling shoes, although I wear US size 8.5 shoes. For these cycling shoes, I would recommend ordering at least 0.5 sizes larger, if not a full size, than your typical cycling shoe size. They are very easy to put on and take off thanks to Velcro fasteners. Also very light, as light as the Mavic Huez running shoes. The carbon sole feels comfortable and stiff. With

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home

Pearl Izumi wins again with their Octane SL range of road cycling boots!

I've been cycling for 7 years now and the Pearl Izumi Octane SL I road cycling shoes have become my favorite pair. I've tried the Bont A-1 and the Adidas AdiStar Pro and none match the lightness, stiffness and secure fit of the Pearl Izumi Octane SL line. Over the years my Octane SL I has seen a lot of road love and developed an undeniable persistent stink. that meant new shoes for me! It was difficult for me to wear other shoes because I had such good experiences with these specific shoes. I…

Pros
  • Easy to use
