Love this jacket, commuting on a cold Bay Area morning, haven't tested it in the rain yet but so far so good. Bought a large, I'm 5-10 185, it fits like a glove. It's a little baggy on the wrists/hands, but it makes signaling easier and allows you to be a little more flexible. This is a nice jacket that works just as well. I'm 6'2" and 185 pounds. I bought a LARGE one. Fits perfectly. I still have room for a tier below but it's not necessary for now. I have 15 minutes to get to work. It was in the high 30's with gusty winds and the jacket alone has held up very well.Went around 40 degrees in torrential rain and was warm and completely dry.Thermal underwear is popular for mid 30's and colder.This jacket costs more than others but me think it's worth it.

However I can't tell any difference between this, the Pro and the Select when they are part of the 3 layer system I use when the temperature is 20 or even 30 degrees with wind. Best cycling jacket I've ever had, tight, warm and I always get compliments on it. Excellent design with a large functional back pocket with compartments. I wore this in 35 degree weather with a base layer and a long sleeve jersey and didn't feel cold at all; didn't even close it all the way.
