Sizes are very small

After reading reviews about sizing small I ordered 48 instead of 47 which I usually wear. Unfortunately, size 48 was still too small. I probably should have gone from my usual 47 to 49 or maybe 50. The shoe itself looks good, but it has a strong plastic feel, more than I usually like for even a versatile shoe.

Pros
  • Shaft size is about under the arch
Cons
  • Some issues

Very comfortable shoes that fit me perfectly.

I've waited a while to really try the shoe and have now worn it over 25 times and absolutely love it. They fit my slightly narrow feet really well and I love the ratchet strap. I've never seen this before, but it works really well when it comes to getting the right level of tightness. I also did some forest walking and they handle rocks and dirt well.

Pros
  • ¾ nylon composite shank for efficient power transfer and off-the-bike versatility
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Reliable, excellent quality and perfect fit

Shoes fit great and love the tread design. The quick ratchet is good and the fit is perfect. I'm 13, bought 13 and they fit just right. High quality shoes at a super discount. I did notice that the outsole sometimes touches the frame near the crank, but a slight adjustment of the cleat should fix that. I would probably buy them at full price based on the quality and fit. Very happy with the bomber shoes.

Pros
  • Anatomical 1:1 buckle closure system reduces hot spots and relieves instep
Cons
  • Insecure

Excellent quality! - Men's

Hi I bought these shoes to replace my old and worn out GIRO shoes so far so good, rode them a few times they are comfortable. They run small so after reading the reviews I order 2.5 sizes bigger than my shoe size. I will update this review after I disassemble it and ride it some more. Bye. Perfect! So I'm back to write my final review. Very comfortable, the sole is very durable. In general, the design is very good. They are made of very good materials. They are excellent for mountain biking…

Great shoes but not for wide feet.

I ordered a size up after reading numerous reviews but the shoes were still too tight so I sent them back. I need shoes with a wider toe. That said: this shoe has everything I was looking for: the Vibram outsole gives you excellent traction when hiking on your bike; the sole is not too hard, you can walk well in it; The outer material feels extremely durable and waterproof, but is most likely not very breathable. I ended up buying the FiveTen Kestrel Lace Up for my normal shoe size. However, I…

Pros
  • Low profile construction for a light, quick fit and comfortable feel
Cons
  • Something different

Closure fits well for cycling shoes

After returning my previous pair of shoes from another brand because they were too tight, I was nervous about ordering my actual shoe size ($11.50) USA. ). These shoes are true to size (although they definitely run a bit larger, which may also be due to the fact that very thin, almost formal socks were worn when trying them on). The clasp tightens well for cycling shoes, but I'm concerned about the clasp's lifespan. I also chose this shoe for the bluish-grey tint, which turned out to match my…

  • 100% synthetic

I like the look and fit

I rode about 700 miles in these shoes in three months. I love the look and the fit. I also think they look good. They fit as I expected. I bought these for a 7 day hiking trip in Colorado knowing I would need shoes that were good for hiking on my bike and they performed well on many of the sections I went through. In fact, these were the only shoes I took with me for the entire 7 day trip, so they worked fine for me when I wasn't riding etc. I've ridden 100-150 miles in them maybe 5 times or so

Pros
  • Rubber outsole
Cons
  • Not as thick as other styles

Although these are only my second pair of mountain bike shoes, I have to say they're pretty cute! I wasn't sure what to expect after the limited and mixed reviews. But after riding them a few times, not only do they look great, they work great. The size is a little big. I usually wear US size 7.5 and ordered US size 6.9 (after converting from EU size) and they fit perfectly. So about half a size larger than previous reviews, that's right. The sole is stiff and aggressive, which is ideal for…
