There are two different types of locking mechanisms in the frame. I would like the instructions to say to install the bottom of the frame first. First I made the top part and I had to undo them to attach the bottom part. The direction of use of the strap was odd and I couldn't successfully snap the bottom of the frame into place. This is a great pet carrier that folds up as advertised. But to tune it successfully, you either have to be very strong, or there must be two people at work.
