Just what I needed. We bought our front door five years ago. The latch is worn out. Bought from Lowe they sell handles but not the latch. Crazy

I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this model is. I would also like to say that a person tried to enter my back door while I was away - that door was locked and they couldn't get in (the stone would have broken the glass) although the item was destroyed and I'm coming back. I couldn't believe how it held up.

Pella's two point mortise lock is of high quality for a perfect fit and finish. This would have been a 5 star rating were it not for the complete lack of installation instructions. The listing clearly shows that there are instructions, but they are not. A long web search turned up outdated footage and videos for an older model of connection.

Our old storm door Pella lock case stopped working after 16 years. Just frozen. Will not lock, unlock or turn on when handle is rotated. After 16 years of continuous use, a gear broke off. Jumped on Revain and found exactly what we needed. It came earlier than advertised and was packaged very securely. Installed in no time, works great! Thanks to the seller and Revain for the delivery!

This product is ideal for the Pella storm door. Installation is very easy thanks to the two screw attachments on the edge of the door. It might seem obvious, but make sure you're using the angled edge to attach the latch to the door jamb - I've noticed a couple of spring-loaded latch clips on the sides that are difficult to push in if you need to reinstall. Overall great quality and great for keeping the door running like new.

After about 8 years, I had trouble opening the door. I went to a hardware store and bought a new phone but soon found there was a problem with the lock body and it was the storm door. I thought I'd check Amazon and was pleasantly surprised when I found it. I ordered not knowing if it would work at my door. After receiving the lock case, I went to change it. I replaced it in no time and it worked better than when the door was first installed.

No box or instructions were included but I don't care. The locking mechanism on my Pella storm door no longer works. The two round attachment/mounting parts just wouldn't turn. I've seen another Pella storm door product here at Revain, but seen a lot of comments saying it's just a handle and not a lock compartment. I just needed this part and found it here. Installation took 15 minutes. No other site locally or on the internet had them. I'm almost considering ordering another one to back up…
