I would not recommend this product for applique

I would not recommend this product for applique. It is very difficult to work with him. After ironing on the first fabric, it is difficult to remove the paper without peeling off the mesh.

Pros
  • Care instructions: Machine wash cold/tumble dry low
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works like magic!

Works great! I used it to stabilize the fabric on a polo shirt so I could make buttonholes without the sewing machine eating the fabric. I was amazed at how easy it is to apply, how well it works and how it completely disappears when I wash my shirt. I will definitely order more of this product.

Pros
  • Used as a small block sewing method for quilts.
Cons
  • No power

Popular, but not always easy to use

I was happy to find a fleece that didn't dull my serger blade. I used to sew phone book pages onto bias-cut pieces of fabric to stabilize them, but after a while my serger could barely cut the thread, let alone the fabric. However, there is a learning curve to working with this material. Not only will it stick to your fabric, but it will also stick to the table, sewing machine, other loose fabrics, threads, etc. It will also wrinkle and warp the fabric on contact with a hot iron, making open…
