That does not work! in Hardware

The item arrived quickly and was packaged securely. Open blister pack, follow instructions, don't insert battery? Changed battery, nothing? Third try with new battery, still nothing? Feel like you have been robbed!

The clockwork does not work!

The movement does not work - see attached video! It was a very simple setup and the pendulum works but the clock hands don't move. The product is not high quality so I recommend looking elsewhere. Good news, though broken, the time is ripe twice a day.

My hands didn't cling to the new one!

The movement looked the same, but the old hands on my watch were much longer and the hour hand would have been dented. With the new movement, the hands are mounted on the outside. I couldn't use the new hands because they were too short for my watch which is 20 inches.

Too many adjustments needed

The clock hands didn't line up with the screw grooves. As the clock ticked, the hands tilted and bumped into each other. There was nothing to "plant" them except to put them back on the propeller. I had to shorten each arm. Then add weight to the minute hand and bend the second hand. However, the hour hand needs to be adjusted. It's not about the quality of the hands I replaced.
