Ball bent every time

I bought 72 of these for pitching practice and they are good for that, but I tried playing with them today and I quickly found that every ball is defective. Because of the small protrusions on the seams, they jump everywhere. When we found out what was going on we actually had a good laugh trying to hit a ball with a random trajectory.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some bugs

Lightweight balls

Below average ball if you want to play tennis with it. I noticed two reviews about playing ball with a dog? Maybe I bought the wrong balls. We played two hours with 6 balls and that's about all these balls lasted. Of course, if this is the norm. I've played with heavy balls and these balls have featured in quite a few magazines outside of tennis. upset.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Difficult to say

My Dog Loves Them!: Tennis & Racquet Sports

I know they're tennis balls, but what else are they for? My dog loves them and it's great that they come in a 3 pack. He usually bites them so hard that he breaks the mold. Then he splits it in half. Then he tears it into small pieces! Should this dog play tennis? Maybe he should be sponsored depending on how long he lasts. I love the "extra" promotion with one of these brands.

Pros
  • Excellent Construction
Cons
  • Hard to Tell

Dead, don't jump on sport

Very disappointed. Are these balls sitting on the shelf or in storage for too long? The jars and boxes are undated so it's hard to tell if they're old. Whatever the reason, they cannot be played on hard courts at sea level. I think my dog will have a supply of balls for a lifetime. I don't see a guaranteed satisfaction offer. I will shop again from Big-5 where they stand behind their products and will definitely take them back.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Empty

Ideal for beginners and recreational players.

If you're a demanding, self-absorbed tennis player; these are not balls for you. However, they are excellent for teaching my nine-year-old the basics of the game. These balls that I have pictured last about 4 hours of play on hard courts. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I haven't played these balls on clay or grass, but I can say that they are not intended for hard tennis courts, but they do the job perfectly.

Vacuum packaging does not affect weight

When I opened the first can of tennis balls, I immediately noticed that they were vacuumed. I threw the ball to my dog. It appeared to fly the same distance and fell at what appeared to be a normal speed. Then I wondered if people were worried about the vacuum sealing process and the aftermath that might change the outcome of a friendly tennis match. I knew I had to act quickly to calm the others. Let me try to clear up any confusion. It is generally assumed that objects in a vacuum are either…

Pros
  • Stable results in test
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
