Not bulky, discreet and hinged cover

I installed them on my cat 22 and 27 at the stern of the boat as I leave the anchor at the stern (easier to operate with one hand)

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Compatibility

A good product. Too bad they made one entirely out of stainless steel

an exact replacement for a 13 year old unit that eventually broke. A good product. Too bad they made one entirely out of stainless steel and not just chrome. The previous one lasted 13 years so not too bad at all.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some little things

Why not STAINLESS STEEL? for boating and sailing

Exact replacement for the original deck tube which had a broken hinge after ten years of wear. Exactly what I need for this job but wouldn't have to if it was decent stainless steel. ! I would give five stars if it was stainless steel, but Perko somehow thinks their trademark is enough to use a chrome plate on brass that will eventually oxidize and the hinge arms will break. It may have been the best technology when it was developed eons ago, but not today. Functional: Ideal for this purpose.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Functionality
