Many beads needed to complete are missing

This set is missing many beads needed to complete. Specifically flesh color not typical of other bead sets. Too many other colors. Aggravating.

Beautiful Finished Product

Daughter loved this set and it turned out great. We sorted the colors in bowls. Some colors are very similar, so it made sense to only work with one color at a time. The finished product was great. It was a little tricky to iron so all the beads melted evenly and didn't want any spots to come off when you thought you were done. Be patient and make sure they all stick.

Fun project!

This was a fun pattern and wasn't too difficult for even a relative beginner (I've only been doing this for about a week, but I've made about a dozen small pieces with a similar level of detail). I was missing about 5 light gray beads but I was able to get them to work. I'm glad I bought a few boards already; When I bought it I didn't realize I needed four of these (newbie again lol). It came with tweezers which was good. I ended up sorting all my beads which made it a lot easier. I must have…

Missing Parts and Terrible Customer Service

After all the hard work, when the end is near, the parts are missing. There are over 25 blank spaces on Harry Potter's face that are not filled with flesh-colored beads. I contacted Perler directly and they replied that they wouldn't send replacement papers as I didn't buy it from them and after a few hours of work I should just send it back to Revain and get my money back. I wouldn't buy anything at the salon after an answer like that. Aside from the missing pieces and the brand's terrible…
