I like that it's easy to create personalized offers, but also keep track of them in one place with notifications when they are opened or viewed by customers! It takes some time before you get used too because there isn't much documentation out yet - which makes me feel uneasy as someone who likes reading everything about how things work :) however this shouldn’t be so hard since we're solving real-world problems at personalli/persona &ampldot ;-) We need more AI tools available right now…
