EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Methylene) inner insulation for superior heat resistance and prevention of arcing and voltage leaks. Fiberglass reinforcing braid for added strength and flexibility.

Broken Cable

I wanted to rewind my cables and 2 of 9 cables broke. I stopped moving them after disabling 4 and 2 fell apart. One fell apart at the distributor plug, the other at the plug end. do yourself a favor If you need spark plug wires, buy raw wires, ends and a crimping tool and make your own.

Each wire will fall apart when removed from a dirty cap or spark plug

I have to agree with other reviewers. . . Every time I pull the cable out of the cap or plug, the cable breaks in the trunk. The rubber insulator into which it is crimped will break, and the metal plug will remain on the plug or cap. You have to strip and re-crimp the wire each time.

My truck has a 351 Windsor and it doesn't work very well. Rebuilding the carburetor helped, but a new carburetor would probably have really helped. The ignition work I did helped a lot. I did the ignition in 3 steps - replaced the points with an electronic module; coil replaced; Spark plugs, cables, distributor caps and slides replaced.
