🚦 Peterson Manufacturing Piranha Square LED Trailer Light with License Light - 4.76in., Model V840L: Stop, Turn, and Tail Functions Review

Bought these lights for my 14ft trailer. I'm tired of the lights not working because the bulbs don't fit in the sockets. These lights are an exact match for the original lights and have ALL the wires you need to get working. You need to order left and right headlights. There is a clear plastic hole for the license plate on the left side. Excellent purchase!

I actually used this to turn off the tail light on my motorcycle. The screw spacing was perfect and I now have a much brighter tail/brake light with much better sealing of elements using less power! I imagine it would be just as good for its intended purpose on a trailer (or any vehicle that uses external bolts on the taillights like jeeps, many trucks etc)!

All wiring and lighting changed on the 18ft flatbed trailer. We chose these LEDs because the turn signal does not protrude from the side of the main light housing (like most regular lights do). We had experience hitting a turn signal while loading and unloading with a forklift. This design is slimmer and does not interfere. Plus, the LEDs look great!

I have owned a boat for over 20 years and fish in salt water about 30 times a year. The main problem used to be the trailer on the horrible Los Angeles roads and salt water flooding the trailer headlights. I shouldn't have changed multiple sets a year. These lanterns put an end to that nightmare - big time! These are absolutely fantastic lights. My last sentence lasted SIX YEARS. I don't even think about buying another brand. I fucking abuse them and they just keep working.

These lights have just been installed on a Kendon motorcycle trailer to replace the problematic stock lights. They are moisture resistant, much lighter in color and appear to be well made. The whole job took about 15 minutes. They appear to be the same lights that Kendon is now selling as an upgrade for a lot more money. Great price from Revain with free shipping. (Note: You will need 2 different lights: V840L for the license plate side and V840 for the other side)

I swapped out the left and right LED trailer lights on a Harbor Freight folding cargo trailer. They were easy to install and brighter than the lights that came with the trailer. I hope these LEDs put an end to the nasty bulb and fuse replacement cycle I went through with that cargo trailer. BUT I would NOT install these lights on a BOOT trailer. These appear to be lower quality "Made in China" base LEDs. Although the packaging and advertising says they are submersible I see no difference…
