Can be great for small dogs

Made from a type of particle board. The bottom corner was damaged in transit. Every time our Golden Retriever used it to get in and out, he would hit the car while getting out (damaging the top corner) or roll over while getting in.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Will write later

Falling apart as soon as I got it

I was so happy to get this product to make my dog's life easier. I took it out of the box and it fell apart. I thought about putting it back together but it fell apart even more. I wouldn't believe it wouldn't fall apart on her when she tried to use it. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Made for very small dogs!

I have a loft bed and bought these stairs for my small dog. The steps are too narrow and my 12kg Yorkshire still has a hard time getting up and down them. The latch wants to come loose so I have to tape it down to keep it from collapsing. May work for puppies but is not recommended for larger dogs.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence

  • Piggy bank Price

They won't open

Pretty good steps, my only concern is they won't open so be careful when moving them, they can easily fold and fall off. They are strong, our grandchildren climb up and down them, they weigh 30-40 pounds. But again, if someone moves them, the hinges they open so they don't stay in place, they move and can fold. Even our housekeeper accidentally turned on the vacuum and I have to check them to make sure they are fully open. This is my only complaint but it could get serious if they collapse on…

Not durable, very sharp edges

Very dangerous product for dogs. He fell several times while my dog was trying to climb the steps. Twice my dog broke his leg when he fell off the side while climbing the stairs. The second time this happened I was 5 days past the return window and had no option to return or notify the seller. Today he cut himself so badly that we had to go to the vet. If you love your furry toys as much as I do, I would suggest you look for something that has a smooth finish plastic. The appearance of the…

Just a warning, if you order "NEW " stages you may receive used stages!

I ordered "NEW" steps and the price reflected that. I got obviously used steps. As you can see from the photos, there is a lot of dog hair on it, as well as damaged / frayed corners. They were delivered today and I have already started the return/refund process. They must be picked up for return tomorrow. Revain made the return process really easy so I'll wait and see if the whole return and refund process ends the way it started. Very disappointed with the condition of this item when I…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities

Broke in less than a month

I wanted to love this staircase and if the basic building materials were of better quality I would love it. However, in less than a month of use, three of my Maltese stopped using the ladder to get back on the bed. The screws that attach the footboard and ladder to the hinge are less than 1/4" long. The stair itself is made from pressed sawdust and thin slats of wood covered with a thin carpet. These two factors quickly led to this that the screws fell out and the stair collapsed.I will try to…

FELL APART is good for cats

When these steps were carefully removed from the original packaging, the top step broke off the three "nails" (like the protruding part of a clip) It's supposed to come with connect the side frame. After about 20 minutes of fiddling and using a butter knife I stuck 3 buttons on each side into the holes they were supposed to go. I carefully positioned the ladder, placing the ladder where I wanted it next to the end table and next to my cat's bed. My 13 year old cat (10lbs) used them great. A…
