Excellent, fast delivery, the box is a bit worn but the door is in perfect condition, thanks for such a wonderful cat flap!

I just had to replace the door for my cat window pane. I had this brand before but the cat flap broke. I ordered this to just replace the valve and my neighbor installed it fairly easily (he needed a second pair of hands to hold it in place). The door leaf itself makes a solid impression.

A plastic milk bag is better designed, more durable, safer and more useful than this cat flap. And when I'm done with it, at least I can recycle it. More time and energy was put into the box to get you to buy it. So the packaging it comes in is better than the product inside.

I bought 3 of these from my local Lowe's to fit all interior doors. The doors in my house are hollow and I wasn't sure if this product would be a good choice.
