🐶 PetSafe Multi-Room Indoor Dog Bark Control - Ultrasonic Device (2 Pack) Review

Guess I shouldn't blame this as this was a used item I bought to save money but the power switch was in the on position , so the batteries were dead on arrival. It made it so I can't even tell if the devices are working or not. I don't know where to contact the sender to see if they send new batteries or not.

We recently moved and our dog barks at every falling leaf, every passerby, every squirrel. sigh. Overall we really like PetSafe products so I bought the PetSafe Indoor Bark Detergent. Our dog barked at the control box. We tried all the different settings and it made no difference. We ended up bringing it back in favor of a bark control collar (not the shock type).

so it's selective for dogs and it's not the brand's fault so I'm still leaving a good review. My girlfriend showed me these because my dog had mild separation anxiety and they work great for her dogs! my dog just freaks out when i leave and they won't comfort her. it will only be dog-selective, which, as said, is not the fault of the brands. It either works for your dog or it doesn't. Just a chance you should take :)

No joke, my neighbors thought we got rid of our dog (pitbull/whippet). We tried 2 trainers, 4 different collars, meds, treats, water spray bottles in each room. We even spoke to our vet about the surgery. . . . . . . Life changes. We have used 2 outdoor Petsafe bird feeders for many years; Adding Petsafe indoor units helped. We can open curtains in any room. I mentioned; It's life changing.

I purchased this product in the hope that it would stop my Chihuahua/Terrier's annoying barking. We installed both controllers in different parts of the house for maximum benefit and coverage. The dog barked, heard the sound, stopped barking for a moment, and then started barking again. This product did not affect her barking. I have yet to find a device that actually deters my dog from her excessive barking.

The battery lasted about a month of use and for about a month the device worked amazingly well. It was magical to have a calm dog! The sound didn't seem to hurt his ears, he just went quiet and looked at it when he turned it on, then didn't bark most of the time. After about a month, however, he suddenly forgot. I thought maybe the batteries were too low and he died shortly after, but I've now replaced the batteries and he still had a few bouts of barking which didn't bother this device at all.

This product is designed to make a high pitched sound when the dog barks. This product totally spooked my dog and he didn't even bark when it was on! I had it one afternoon and she was acting so strange, totally scared and shaking, hiding under the edge of the table. I thought it was a storm going through the area (although it wasn't a big storm and she shouldn't have been scared). I didn't use it again until a few days later when she settled into her favorite chair which was completely covered

We have a miniature Schnauzer weighing 11 pounds and we live in an apartment building. I opened the package, put the batteries in one of them and placed it in the corner of the front door. She never barked the whole time and we didn't make any loud noises in the house, the red light didn't come on at all. After 5-10 minutes after switching on, she went away and hid under the bed in our bedroom and did not come out. This device should make a sound even when the red light is off. I disassembled…
